Covers from 1898 to 1998 (including songs by Bessie Smith, The Beastie Boys, Black Flag, The B-52s & The Jazz Butcher) recorded live to a vintage 2 track tape machine at Mercury Hall, a refurbished wooden church in South Austin, this album boast beautifully detailed acoustics with no tricks or overdubs. Played by one of the best line-ups in our history: Christina, Wammo, Nevada, Stanley, Korey, Shane and Paul.
